A major part of the aluminium we use is produced by utilizing renewable electricity from one of our many waterfalls or recycled material. Our products require a minimum of maintenance during their life cycle, and are 100% recyclable after their lifetime, making it a great environmentally friendly choice!

    Delivery of world's first aluminium Helideck to Semisub “Borgsten Dolphin”

  3. 1979

    Delivery of world’s first motion compensated telescopic gangway to Flotel “Treasure Supporter”

  4. 1980

    Helideck and gangway delivered to the “Safe Concordia” platform

  5. 1996

    Marine Aluminium commissioned the world’s first Friction Stir Welding machine for aluminum panels

  6. 1998

    First aluminum Living Quarter with Friction Stir Welded panels supplied to Norsk Hydro’s Oseberg Sør

  7. 2006

    Helideck no. 350 installed on vessel “Atlantic Guardian”

  8. 2012

    Telescopic gangway no 60 delivered. Helideck no 500 delivered

  9. 2015

    Delivered the world’s largest telescopic gangway to Østensjø’s accommodation vessel “Edda Fortis”

  10. 2017

    MA spin-off, Uptime International AS, became a separate operating company
